Here's a shot that I

Here's a shot that I took while we were in New Orleans last year. This guy was performing in front of the steps across from Jackson Square. It's always a great time being down in the Big Easy. Maybe it's because we only go there on vacation but it sure seems like a nice place to be. We would really like to see some more of the state but seem to spend most of our time in the French Quarter. If you have any recommendations on things to do or see in Louisiana I would welcome the comments.

That's a great photo. I love B/W pictures.

Thanks Vernon. Do you get to the French Quarter much?

Of course I like it cause it's black and white. It would be much better, though, if we could see some (human) faces.

Nice! Hey who hosts your site? That there sure is a fast server. Hey Harry!

I go to the Quarter on weekends to eat out or go out with friends. I don't usually hit the tourist spots unless I'm hosting out-of-towners, and I usually end up having a blast.

I live close to N.O., about 2 hrs. I try to get there every now and then to go to the Zoo and such. Also, a trip to Cafe Du Monde is also a must. Hmm, I think I'm still a tourist.
