Cinco De Mayo

It was a busy but fun weekend. I got out the camera and had a good time taking some pictures. It still stings when I think of the costs involved with getting only a couple pictures worth keeping. Between the cost of film and processing I spent around $40. I guess it's not that bad but I'd like to have taken a lot more pictures but didn't want to spend the money. Probably me just trying to justify the cost of a digital camera.

I shot a couple rolls of KODAK High Definition 400 Film and took them to Wallgreens to be processed. I think that if you are going to use a place like that to process your film then you probably don't need to spend the money on professional film. Their equipment is setup to handle KODAK consumer film. It might be able to handle KODAK Pro films but there's really no reason to spend the extra money. As for this NEW film? It's not bad. I doubt it's anything other than re-branded Max 400 film.
