Hooty Hoot

I'm excited to post the photos from this roll of Walgreens film that I shot the other day over lunch. But, I'd rather spread them out. Let me know what you think of them.

I don't really care for the way the sky bleeds in to the first owl's head. I'm not a photoshop expert.

You could wait for a day when the sky's bluer or darker? I love the owls, and the composition. What are they?

I'm not sure what they are other than lawn art. I was out exposing film over lunch and nearly walked past these owls. I may go back when there's better sky with a polarizer. I was experimenting with film more than anything the day I took these photos.

AHHH! Sorry.. Those things scared me. I hope their eyes dont glow red or anything.

The color in the pic is lacking. The owls are not very colorful as is, so with the sky being bland in color, it makes the the whole picture bland. In my opinion of course, Joe. :)

But the Walgreen's film seems to be pretty decent for the deal.

I guess this will be no surprise coming from me, but that one would be a lot better as black & white.

Those owls are creepy. I think it's the way the eyes are shaped. Contrasty, dark black & white would make it even creepier.
