Oh the weather outside is frightfull... Well, it's really cold and we've got some snow outside. I took this the other day after work. I wanted to get more pictures of the snow but I was just too damn cold.
Here's this weeks Friday Five.
You have just won one million dollars:
1. Who do you call first? Erin
2. What is the first thing you buy for yourself? Hand me a million dollars and I think the first thing I'd do is take a trip to Hawaii with the family.
3. What is the first thing you buy for someone else? That would be up to them I suppose. I think it would be fun to have a couple Mini Coopers sitting around in case Erin and I wanted to go for a fun drive.
4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom? I'd be sure to share some with the family. A million dollars can go fast and I'd want it to be there when needed in the future.
5. Do you invest any? If so, how? Sure I would. I'd invest it in various types of investments ranging from high risk to secure
I'm waiting on my latest online purchase to arrive. I bought a copy of Photoshop 6 for Photographers on Overstock.com. They have some really good deals at times and one of the things I like best about them is that you can pay using Paypal.
Paypal is such a nice way to pay for online purchases. You setup an account on paypal. Then when you pay for something you don't have to enter your credit card information. You don't have to worry about trusting the site you're buying from each time. You don't have to worry about having your credit card information in unknown databases all over the Internet. I like it.

I wonder how many of these packages I'll see now that I've gotten my Nikon D100. I did take some digital images on CD to the local Sam Club to have printed on photo paper. They have a computer there that takes all the different types of media cards as well as floppy disks, CDROMs and DVDs. They charge .20 an image and print them on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. I was impressed with the prints I got back.
The website has been moved again. We are now hosted at The Realms. They've done a lot of work in getting our sites moved over. After some minor changes in MoveableType it appears that everything is working fine now. I went ahead and upgraded to version 2.65 of MovableType. Let me know if you find anything that doesn't seem to be working.
